Selected work
A raffle platform that runs a whole event from a phone
My own product — live · 2026 — A live product that runs a full event end to end — catalog, ticket sales, allocation, the draw and winner notification — on hardware the volunteers already own.
An internal agent and MCP platform for a manufacturer
An industrial products manufacturer · 2026 – present — Internal teams get AI tooling that reads and acts on real business systems, and each new use case composes servers that already exist instead of starting another integration from zero.
Consolidating a utility's .NET estate, and putting AI identity verification inside it
A Fortune 500 utility · 2023 – 2025 — One service where there had been several, on a schema chosen for current requirements rather than inherited, and identity verification handled by a provider built for it — with credentials out of source control and enough telemetry to debug a failure without exposing customer documents.
Legacy shop-floor C++ applications folded into one MES
An industrial materials manufacturer · 2020 – 2021 — One system covering the entire manufacturing cycle in place of many, with per-user layouts that follow operators between terminals, and a department trained on modern source control and CI.
Credit decisioning rules that change when the law does
An auto finance lender · 2022 – 2023 — Rule changes shipped with demonstrable coverage instead of assumed coverage, and the business side stopped waiting on a DBA to add a field.
